The owners of Global Recruiting Resource Group, LLC, (GRRG) have over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, management, and recruiting.

Reggie Horner, Lead Recruiter
Mr. Horner began with GRRG in March 2005. Before joining GRRG as a senior partner, he enjoyed a successful career in executive recruiting with Management Recruiters International in Indianapolis, IN where he was consistently a top producer and received several accommodations. In addition, Mr. Horner was awarded corporate trips for attaining the Pacesetter goal status set forth by management.

Prior to joining MRI, Mr. Horner served four years as a Clerk/Treasurer for the Town of Chesterfield overseeing the payroll for 17 full time and 50 part time employees. At that position, he was responsible for an annual budget exceeding five million dollars. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of the search/staffing industry to GRRG.

Mr. Horner graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Masters in Mananagement and a Bachelors in Business Administration.  In addition, he holds an Associates in Electronic Technology from Ivy Tech State College.
